Returns and Refunds Policy
At Twinings, we take pride in the quality of our teas; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on tea products that have been opened or tampered with.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the unopened tea tins or boxes in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
