This fine ground tea has a vibrant lime green colour. Its dense texture makes this Matcha a very attractive tea with a complex flavour note which has fresh, grassy notes with a slightly savoury finish. Drink with a sweet treat or simply add to lattes, smoothies, or your favourite shake.
How do I drink it?
Place 1g of Matcha green tea powder in a bowl, add 70ml of boiled water which has been cooled to between 70°c- 80°c and mix in a W motion with a bamboo whisk. It is also delicious added to smoothies, lattes and other food and drink.
